Jean-Jacques Balet studied at the Paris Conservatory and at the Vienna Academy. He teaches accompaniment and contemporary chamber music at the Geneva Conservatory. He performs regularly in various chamber music ensembles (strings and wind). He has founded a piano duo with Mayumi Kameda and has made several recordings.
